RULES FOR THE GAME
"Play and win a one-week holiday in South of France"
RHONE COTE SUD – Ardèche, Gard, Vaucluse-Provence

1. Purpose of the game
Rhone Coté Sud is the association of 3 French departments (Ardèche, Gard, Vaucluse-Provence) and Inter-Rhône (the union of Rhône Valley wine producers), based in Privas (F - 07000) and represented by Agence de développement touristique Ardèche – 4 Cours du Palais. Rhône Côté Sud has organised a competition, available at their website www.visit-southern-france.com, valid until the 15. October 2011.

2. Conditions for participation
This game is open to all people of age living out of France, with the exception of all working staff within the Rhône Coté Sud and their partners.

Each person: same last name, same first name or same e-mail address, can only participate once.

To participate, the participants must connect to the Website and fill out the participation form.  An e-mail address is required to validate participation in this game. Any participation forms which are not complete or not correctly filled out will not be taken into account in the drawing. This game is free of charge and no purchases are required.

In taking part in the drawing, participants accept to receive newsletters from Ardèche, Gard, Vaucluse-Provence, Rhône Valley wines, newsletters on tourism information sent by e-mail, from which they can un-subscribe at any time by simple request.

3. Selection of the winners
The prize lots shall be attributed after drawing from among the entries which have been duly filled out, validated and received before 14. October 6 pm
The drawing will select 3 winners, and drawing will take place by 15 May / 15 June / 15 September / 15 October. The results will be on the website.

4. Informing the winners
Solely the winners will be informed of the results of the game and the conditions for attributing their prize, by e-mail.

5. Prizes
The game has 3 prize lots in Ardèche, Gard, Vaucluse-Provence

Each lot consists of a week’s rental for 4 persons in a holiday rental or a campsite bungalow, for a maximum value of 500 € per week (not including July and August, and subject to availability),
Transportation to the destination of the holiday rental remains at the expense of the participant.

The winners cannot request that their prize be replaced by the payment of an amount of money.

6. Communication involving the winners
The winners authorize Rhône Coté Sud to use their last name, their first name and their complete address in any promotional communication or publication relating to this operation. Such use does not entitle the winner to any rights other than the prize lot won.
Rhône Coté Sud reserves the right to publish on-line and off-line the names of the winners, without any further entitlement than the prize won.

Rhône Coté Sud shall keep the list of winners at the disposition of any interested party up until 30 June. It can be seen by simple written request.

7. Use of the information
The information requested on the registration forms is required for the game.

Rhône Coté Sud reserves the right to use the information on the form for other purposes than the game itself (for commercial or promotional operations for its own account, for example).
The participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, their postal addresses. Any false declarations, false indication of identity or false address causes immediate elimination of the participant, and if need be the reimbursement of prizes already sent.
In compliance with article 34 of the “IT and Freedom” law dated 6 January 1978, the candidates are entitled to access and rectification of the data concerning them with Rhône Coté Sud

8. Special circumstances
Rhône Coté Sud reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the present operation if circumstances were to warrant such. It incurs no liability from this fact.

It declines all liability in the case that the information provided by the participants were to be destroyed for reasons beyond its capacity.

9. Rules
The fact of participating in this game-drawing implies pure and simple acceptance of the present rules and waiver of any claims.
