Mont Ventoux - the Giant of Provence

It completely dominates the Provence and once on the top the panorama is absolutely astounding. Below, vast expanses of lavender fields unfold  around the village of Sault. Here, harmony reigns between agricultural life and the wild flora and fauna. (Lavender is in full bloom between mid-June and mid-August)
